The study aimed to explore the impact of university governance in entrepreneurial orientation at Al-Aqsa University. To achieve the objective of the study, the Descriptive Analytical Approach was adopted. The study population consisted of all academic staff with supervisory positions at Al-Aqsa University whose number is (233) employees. The study sample was selected using stratified random sample method, whose number is (146) employees. (165) questionnaires were distributed and (150) questionnaires were returned with a recovery rate of (90.9%). The study concluded that the level of availability of university governance at Al-Aqsa University involved a high degree of approval with a relative weight of (70.04%), and the level of entrepreneurial orientation also had a high degree of approval with a relative weight of (70.34%). It also indicated that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the university governance, in terms of its dimensions (participation, accountability, transparency, independence), and the entrepreneurial orientation at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza, and the results also showed that there is a statistically significant impact of the university governance dimensions of (participation, accountability, independence) in entrepreneurial orientation at Al-Aqsa University of Gaza. Still, there is no a role impact of transparency in entrepreneurial orientation at Al-Aqsa University of Gaza. The study recommended the necessity of reformation a board to work on governance the university, consists of administrative leaders and faculty members who has experience and efficiency, as representatives of students and community. They also must work on updating legislation, regulations and administrative procedures in consistent with goals and requirements of governance the university. The study also recommended on the necessity of promoting the principles of transparency in university policy especially in awarding bonuses and grants, in addition to working on setting standards of serving administrative and leading positions at the university.
